The consumer stated he was not satisfied with the dealers response concerning his complaint about the problem he experienced with recall # 12V486000. The consumer stated when he called the dealer to make an appointment, he was asked several unnecessary questions, regarding his patronage of the dealership. After the consumer confirmed, he did purchase the vehicle from them, he was given an appointment.
