Faulty door lock actuators in Honda CRV. Three of my door lock actuators have failed since purchasing the vehicle new. The driver side door failed within 5 yrs, then the passenger side door, and now one of the rear doors. The car is not driven often and has under 70,000 miles on it. A failure of 3 doors causes great concern of quality and safety.

The door locking system does not work. From the driver or passenger side door-lock open or lock any doors in the car. The remote door keys do not work at all. The door locking mechanism seems to be completely broken. This is the 2nd Honda CR-V which I have seen this from. This becomes a safety hazard if the door mechanism is not working correctly.

Our client, wilson sanchez, was driving his 2004 CR-V MPV when it slid on ice and rolled onto its roof. The removable picnic table, a standard accessory in that model vehicle, fell out of its retained position in the rear cargo area and struck Mr. Sanchez on the left side of his head behind his ear. He received serious injuries. The table design does not secure it in place in a rollover.
