This car runs great! That is when it runs. One deep cold morning experienced a no start. After a while, it started with no problem. Went on a long trip without problems. Next day with moderately cold and rainy weather, no start. After few hours, still no start. Had system checked. Showed good battery and alternator, but sensed a problem in the system. Need maintenance. Mechanic says needs starter. Will replace. Hope it solves problem. Will report after.

Update from Mar 12, 2019: Fortunately, the problem was the starter and not intermittent issues. Since replacing the starter it is working like a charm.

The lights are on but no one s home. You need a 2nd person w hood open to hear a faint click when ATTEMPTING to start the car. It is intermitten. Battery tests excellent. Starter is 3 mos old. Mechanic started it. So could not duplicate trouble. Mechanic kept car for two days. Could not duplicate.

UPDATE: Cannot duplicate. Wont start. Tried 20x. Left it alone for an hour. Tried 6 more times. Wont start. No noise. Battery tests excllent. Lights all work. Radio etc all functioning. When turning key to off position the green key light flashes as it always has. Wont start in neutral. Wont start by licking/ jiggling steering wheel. Starter is 4 mos old. Towed. Have NOT been able to duplucate while in the shop for three days.tested both keys (with chip). Made no diff. Left stranded alone in a parking lot at night. Was denied when asked for help to try jumping w my OWN cables. Walk hm in the dark!
