The contact owns a 2005 Honda CR-V. the contact stated that the back seat needs a lap shoulder/combination belt in the middle of the seat. She stated that both belts need to be in the vehicle in order to install the booster seat safely and correctly. There had been no failure to date. The current mileage was 28,074. Updated 09/18/07
