I have no AC until my speed hits 40 mph, which means virtually no air conditioning for in-town driving. I sometimes get close to passing out. This started after the transmission flush, which Honda recommends. Immediately the AC quit working properly. I complained where I got the vehicle serviced. I was told it had nothing to do with the AC. I know I went in with the AC working & came out with it NOT WORKING. I have had the air conditioner TOTALLY REPLACED. It is not the AC itself, but somehow the transmission flush caused the AC to not work under 40 mph. Numerous people have tried to figure this out and can't. Honda doesn't care because the vehicle isn't new.

Was told I need yet another AC compressor for my 2006 CR-V! This will be the vehicle's 4th; the one that came with the car, one replaced at 55,000 miles, one about a year ago and now I need another!
Honda has known about the problems with these units for some time as they paid for the second one even AFTER the warranty had expired 5K miles before. I spent $1700 to replace the compressor again a year and a half ago and now it craps out again!
Seems a bit much!
