Having an oil change and asked my mechanic to check the brakes as the car shakes really bad when going over 40 miles an hour and then braking. He said the rotor is badly warped and causing problem told me to call dealer. Called my dealer and they said they can't guarantee that this would be a warranty item. If not I would have to pay for them to look at it and pay the full price for rotor and new brakes. What the car has 16000 miles? are you kidding. Even if it is warranty they would deduct a for wear and tear I am sure. So Far I have done nothing and will live with it for a while until I get the money for a whole new brake job. it seems that this is a problem with Honda brakes but never corrected
