I am the owner of a 2006 honda cr-v that I find out have several recalls, but to date I have only receive information about two (2) that was issued between 2011 to 2015. The air bag information was the latest I received and I was only made aware of it after I wrote my Honda dealer requesting recall information on my vehicle. From 2013 I was having problems with my coolant systems, my headlights, AC, steering rack, bushing and now lately my lower arm weld that is crack, my master power window stitch. However, although my vehicle as shown some of these defects according to the recalls; my Honda dealer in The Bahamas Nassau Motor Company is saying that they did not receive any information based on my vin number. I would like to know why Honda owners in the Bahamas is not receiving the same information that other Honda owners are receiving that is being advertising on Honda Technical Service Bulletin and American Honda websites and other search engines, that can help save lives (prevention is better that cure). It would be greatly appreciated if someone can assist me with contacting or talking to a Honda Representative for the Caribbean particular the Bahamas other than the Distributor in the Bahamas for Honda. Try calling Japan but I can not get through. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.
