I am not sure if you can help me. However, my complaint is with desert Honda of las vegas, nv (702) 369-3099. I took my 2006 Honda CRV for major service, and they did not properly tighten the left lug nuts on my vehicle. I was able to catch this oversight in time before I drove the car any distance. However, this was a potentially fatal mistake that they shrugged off, and I'm sure have forgotten by now.
