I have a 2006 Honda CRV, bought new from leesburg Honda. On Feb 18,2007 I left car in their repair shop because windshield wipers stopped working. Feb 20 I picked up car, no repair made. They claim it needs a new wiper transmission, that none are available for now, and that it is not a warranty item. I think it should be a warranty item & called Honda to complain and was given case # N012007-02-2100228. From local and national Honda I still do not have a date for repair or a decision as to why it was turned down for warranty claim.
