The contact owns a 2007 Honda CR-V. while the vehicle was parked, the rear driver's side door and rear hatch failed to unlock and open with the electronic key fob. Also, the front and rear passenger doors would unlock and open intermittently. The contact mentioned that the front driver side door also had issues unlocking and opening. The contact heard a loud sound coming from the doors and the door ajar warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing, but the results were unknown. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and informed the contact that there was a recall in 2015 for the front driver side door. The contact was unaware if the VIN was included. The recall details were not provided. The failure mileage was approximately 158,000. Updated 05/17/17 the consumer stated he was unaware of any recalls as he was not the first owner of the vehicle.
