I bought a Honda CRV 2007. The second row of seats has a small division that can lean forward. If a child puts his arm between one of the other two seats and the small section and another person returns it to it's vertical position the child's arm can be injured. That can happen if a toddler is seating on his carseat in one of the side seats.
