This issue with the door actuators has really been a problem. Since I purchased the vehicle used, all the actuators have been replaced once. The right rear has been twice! It's the same problem always. Honda motors should be really ashamed of this. The most recent time in October the Honda dealer wanted $843.00 to repair three doors (yikes!!). My son is a mechanic (really he is) and we ordered the parts (OEM) on Amazon and he did the job on 2 doors for $100. The parts were $300, so $400 total for 2 doors. This has really ruined my view of ANY Honda vehicle. I still have the CR-V but am just looking for the right vehicle to replace it. I'm thinking a non-Honda!

Update from Dec 16, 2019: Just recently the locks on three doors would not lock properly. The only door that was working was the driver's door. The other three would only lock if done manually at each door. This is not the first time for this quirky behavior.

Had drivers door repaired per the recall notice in late Jan 2016. Took car back to dealer in late June 2016 as another door started cycling. Dealer said was the rear left passenger door. NOW THE REAR LEFT AND FRONT PASSENGER DOORS CYCLE. Waiting for the right rear door to start. As of this past week, only the drivers and right rear passenger will lock. UNSAFE SITUATION!!!!. Dealer will do fix for $189 parts for each door PLUS the cost of labor $109 each door. I am retired and cannot afford that kind of repair. When you issued the recall for the front drivers door it should have included all 4 doors. Lack of action by Honda Corp is causing unnecessary expense to the consumer by not addressing all of the issues related to the locking actuators.

Granted, no vehicle is perfect; BUT when a company knows there is a problem and that it WILL eventually affect all the doors, it would have been best to be proactive and take care of business. Good customer service will go a long way. I bought my 2007 CRV in 2012 and it had only 23,000 miles. One of the reason I purchased this vehicle was the reputation the vehicle had and it suited my needs. replace lock actuators same as prev recall driver door

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
