The contact owns a 2008 Honda CR-V. the contact stated that the driver's seat head rest was protruding out too far, causing back pain to the driver. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, the technician stated that the were unable to alter the design of the vehicle since it was working up to standards. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 200 and the current mileage was 26,000. Updated 09/18/13
