Car with 49,925 miles and vsa light that repeatedly illuminates and brakes suddenly engage. Additionally, the car when restarted sometimes will not shift from park to neutral or drive which causes me to have to restart several times.

My car's all 3 passenger door lock are malfunctioning which consist a major safety issue. As I drive, the door lock will unlock itself no matter I try to lock it back, it unlock right away. Passengers or kids can accidentally open the door and cause injury or death during the car operation. I did my research and found out the Honda had issue an safety recall in 2015, but I did not received the recall notice in mall or any other form of notification. In fact, I am always very attentive to recall notice and I have been attending a few recall service on my vehicle. Now, all my passenger door lock all malfunctioning at the same time, they will unlock itself when I am driving. I have call Honda service center and open up a case with them, and they admitted it's the acuator problem they have been recalled in the past, but refused to recall my vehicle now since it has past their designated due date. I feel strongly being ignored, because they didn't address this issue to me when they were recalling the vehicle and now refused to recall. I tried many time to address this issue to them, but they denied to talk to me more on this. Please help me to make this right... I have never seen a car has this kind of problem when all 3 passengers' doorlock fail together. And lastly, one the the door lock won't remain lock when I lock my car, the switch just slide back to open... please open up a case and assist me to fight for my right to have my car fixed. Thank you very much.

I have been the only owner and bought my 2008 Honda CR-V brand new. I take my oil change to Honda dealership thinking they would advise me if there was something wrong with my car. Also, to help ensure I do preventative maintenance with my vehicle. I live in Texas and it gets very hot here. I never had any problems until now, when the weather starts getting cooler. I started hearing a "clicking noise" whenever I turn my wheel to the right, especially in a cold morning. It didn't use to make that noise whenever it gets hot in the afternoon. But then, the past couple of days the noise is now pretty much permanent. I tried taking my car to the dealership, I have 44K on it. But they want to charge me $75 to do a diagnostic test. I asked them if they can waive it since I've been a customer for the past 3 years. They wouldn't budge. Needless to say, I went to another dealership to take a look. They said I needed to replace my rack and pinion. My car is pretty brand new, I had high hopes when it comes to Honda vehicles. I've had a Honda Accord and an Acura TL in the past. For some reason, my Honda CR-V is having a lot of mechanical problems. The steering wheel is a safety issue.

Involving a 2008 Honda CRV, new; purchased in Texas/reg. In Texas. 8/19/09 driving at approximately 30 miles per hour the vsa light and symbol came on, I felt the brakes or tires grabbing while trying to accelerate; immediately went to the Honda dealer. They checked the vehicle while I waited, "cause: M99, codes P0102, P0141 P0340, cleared light and test drove. 9/14/09, one month later the lights came on again as I was entering the highway; the tires or brakes grabbed again resulting in my having to pull off to allow the highway traffic to pass until it was safe to enter the highway slowly. I went to the dealer the next morning 9/15/09. "cause: F, M99 see notes 16 W93, 9814 had same codes as before; performed available software update and test drove. If codes come back again will need new ECU." That evening, started the car up to go to work, the lights came on, vsa, vsa symbol and engine light; I called the dealer and they said they would order the ECU. When I came out from work and started the car the same lights were on plus the battery light. On 9/16/09 I went to the dealer, "cause: E M99 replaced ECU and test drove 16 W93, 1 913931 ECU. Codes P0141, P0340, P16bc, 83-1. I was assured not guaranteed, it was taken care of. 9/21/09 after a stop light, starting to accelerate, at approximately 20 miles an hour making a left turn the lights returned and stayed on until I reached home. I called to speak with the service representative, he was not available. On 9/22/09 when I started the car the lights came back on, I took the car to the dealer. It is being kept overnight so that they can have a full day to work on it.
