I don't understand why this is not on a recall. If you have to replace door actuators in our doors then why can't you fix and be responsible for the rear hatch???? I cannot put groceries back here now, I cannot put my dog back there to take to the Vet now, I cannot put our luggage back there when we go on vacation! I refuse to pay Honda to fix this issue at their prices!! I will be going to a private little shop that actually cares about their customers. I will never own another Honda again and I have no problem expressing how I feel about Honda whenever anyone asks my opinion on this vehicle and Honda customer service. So frustrating and my daughter n law said to me you have had nothing but problems with this vehicle since you got it. Had air compressor replaced last year, very costly!!!!!
