CR-V EX-L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 31,540 miles

I was told that the seam between the floor pan and the right front wheel well had opened up. So when driving during a rain storm, the water kicking up from the tire was getting shot directing up through the gap. Carpet right front and rear would get soaked. Dealer caulked the gap and replaced carpet and pads. By that time the vehicle would get pretty smelly inside just overnight.

This will be the second time the carpets have been replaced. The first time, it was attributed to a condensate line. This time...no telling. My biggest concern is the mildew gives my wife an upper respiratory infection...a few trips to the doctor...a month or so and she is ok...for a while.
