I have a 2009 CR-V HONDA I liked the CR-V HONDA, it worked good up to now. About O'Malley Honda in Wausau, Wisconsin, I do not think much about there service. They keep tilling me the battery is no good at O'Malley Honda I know this is not so. They make me feel like I do not know much about batteries. I am sixty-seven years old and do a lot of work with all type of batteries. I have all the testers and battery chargers; I need to start big and small batteries. I live on a big farm and work with big equipment all my life. The last three years my CR-V HONDA work good. I took this CR-V HONDA in to get some work done on it and had them change the oil and check it out. After that, I had trouble starting it when the weather was cold, when I let the CR-V HONDA outside like below zero or more. Some times the first time, I try to start it for ten seconds or more and it will not start. I do not want to hurt the starter so I wait about fifteen seconds and try it again around three times, it fires a little the colder it is the longer I have to do this, some times six or seven times. If the battery gets low then I use my battery starter and some times, it still will not start at all. I have to wait a long time for the temperature to warm up to get it to go. The next day it is the same thing again. So I took the CR-V HONDA in again to get it check out, they did the same test as before and they said every thing was good again, same as the time before. It cost me $130.90 again. Those tests do not help at all. They said I must leave the vehicle there in order to verify the problem so I did. The next day they try starting it they said, they could not get it to start the first time I do not know how many times they try; the weather was not as cold. Then they try to put a new battery on it to help start it and they said it started, that I know some times it would, that is the way it works for me. That is not how I want to start the CR-V HONDA from now on. When it was new, it always started good. They said the first time I had my CR-V HONDA the battery was good, after a week I was not sure, so I got a new one, it did not help. Therefore, now they said it is the battery. I know this is not so, I do not want to buy a new battery every day. I do not know what they are trying to do whit me. I try telling this to the service Manager (Erik Ste. Marie) He makes me feel like I am a fool, and if they know it all, I can see this is not so. They want to do this over an over again. Now they want me to let the CR-V there some more and try it try repeatedly to verify the problem. I think this will take six months, if I am right. I need a car. If this is the way they want to do it, they should give me a new car to drive at a low price. Maybe then, they will start felling the way I do. It looks like to me they do not appreciate my business; I do not have confidence in there Service Department. My visit sure was not a pleasant one. He said he does not have time to talk with me, that got me a little mad then he left. Then I told the same thing to the service advisor (KATHLEEN MCDOWELL) I had to tell the same thing over many times. I told her there, that I think there people do not know much about this problem. Then she was trying to tell me all the schooling they have and they know a lot. It sure does not look like it to me. After all the talking I did I could see I was not getting no were so I told her that they know sh*t, I had to let my feelings out some way. It seems that I cannot do anything there. Now that the weather is going to get warmer I will have to with until next winter to get something done, I do not think I want to do all this again, I guest I am going to get hurt the most. In my business, the customer is always right but not there. I do not think I want to do business there no more. I think it is there responsibility to get this car to work right. It looks like they do not know how. Therefore, I do not like to do this but I will have to sell it to someone hopefully were the weather is warm then it will work if he or she don't go were the weather is cold and then they will have to try to get him or her to get an accurate determination. Boy O'Malley Honda can make allot of money on this CR-V HONDA. I put to much time in this. I think I lost, I would not run a business like that. Learn from working, not so much from schooling, it is costing me too much in tax. I really feel bad. I am not saying that they are not doing there job good. I think they can do better. I do not like to hurt people. Maybe the car is not made right then it is HONDA fault. I really had a bad year this year all the way round. God be with you.

If you do not drive the car for a week, the battery dies and you have to get it jumped. Mechanic said all Hondas have battery cable problems- they aren't tight enough. Mechanic said he tightened them, but it died again (4th time)
