This exhaust system is stainless steel. The flange and or the bolts and springs are not. The springs are painted or powder-coated so they are still in good shape and can be reused. With 209,887 miles on the vehicle and still going, it is annoying to have this type of exhaust system failure. The Honda CR-V forum references thousands of these fixes and references part numbers and sources to buy replacement parts. Unfortunately, some people have taken their vehicles to repair or muffler shops and have probably been sold whole new exhaust systems. Pictures and a video are available on the forum. Don't buy a 'split' flange with a range of 1.75 inches to 2 inches as it may be too big to catch the lip on the pipe required to make contact. I used stainless steel replacement nuts and bolts and s.s. washers to complete the installation.
