2009 Honda CRV. Consumer writes in regards to a head on collision in which the vehicle airbag did not deploy the consumer stated the crash was a result of a reckless driver, in which her vehicle was severely damaged. The consumer stated the seat belt locked and caused painful injuries.

My wife drove a Honda CRV 2009 which we purchased last year and had a front collision with a tree on 2/19/1010. The front of the car was seriously damaged and my wife was sent to er with reported head injury. But the airbag never came out. We believe this is a defect which should be accountable for the injury.
