The contact owns a 2011 Honda CR-V. the contact stated that after exiting the vehicle and locking the doors and walking away, the security alarm inadvertently activated. The contact was unable to lock the vehicle without the alarm being activated. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer Honda of mansfield was notified of the failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 147,000.
