CR-V EX-L 4cly

Took it back to the dealers;they checked and the said it was not plugged in.It is working now,It had been working up until I had to take it in because of the problems of starting the car the three previous times this month.

I was so annoyed I sent the details of these problems to the President of Honda Canada and to the President of Honda in Japan and said Honda's quality is not the QUALITY THEY SAY IT IS,and suggested I have LEMON so the car should be replaced by them.

The Present in Japan just got my letter so I haven't heard from him.

The President got my email so a Public Relation Officer called me and mentioned Honda do not replace cars the dealer would fix it under warranty.I said I have a Lemon and Honda should replace the vehicle as I and my wife do not have confidence in this particular vehicle as we do not know if,when, and where it will break down again.Fortunately we were in our home time when we had to call Honda Roadside Assistance three times in five days.We never had problems with any car(North American or Japanese) since we purchased our first car in 1960 including the 2008 Honda Accord. The only thing we figure Honda quality is seriously tanking.and they will not acknowledge it.

Here in Canada our Governments(Federal or Provencal) will not put into legislation and LEMON LAWS.
