low note horn bad causes a fuse to blow and battery light on

The battery warning light (Honda calls it "charging indicator") came on. I charged the battery using a charger but the warning light didn't go away. Then I realized that the horn is not working. Took it to the dealer and was told the low note horn is bad which caused a fuse to blow and the battery warning light was lit because of the blown fuse. Fixed under warranty.
