Suckered into buying the $600 seat protection. Was guaranteed if spills or anything didn't clean up.
I have some stains that will not come off. When I contacted the company that Crest Honda uses, they gave me a runaround. Questioned my issues as if I was a criminal. Said they didn't have a rep in my area and I would have to take it to the dealership or have someone do it and send them the receipt. When I mentioned it to the service department at Crest, he said he never heard of it. What kind of service is this for a company so large?
