Brought back to dealer 3 times to demonstrate the Bluetooth. Found to be much more complicated than my Chevy Equinox and Hyundai Santa Fe

Unable to connect any iPod to new CRV. Honda service Dept says Apple needs to update software.
Apple thinks it should be working on CRV.
The older iPods work on CRV.

This problem has been there since purchasing the car. It has been in the shop multiple times and the service mgr has seen it happen multiple times but they have not fixed it. I have changed phones and still have the same problem so I know it's not the phone. The phone just cannot be used with this car so I have just had to turn off Bluetooth and not use the expensive accessory that came with the car.
I have tried to be able to talk to someone at Honda not at the dealership but so far that hasn't happened. My girl friend has the exact same car and my iPhone works great in hers, so it has to be the electronics in my Honda which they have not fixed after spending days sitting at the dealership. Also if I try to play music through the system it disconnects the same way it does with the phone. The conversation is not dropped but neither party can hear anything while it keeps reconnecting.
