My instrument panel rattles on bumpy roads - took me forever to find because it almost sounded like a knock in the dash right above the cluster. If I touch the clear plastic cover and try to shake it up and down, nothing. It's more when you tap on the clear plastic part like it's loose from the front to back. I'm still trying to figure out how to pull off the black trim, I can get it off at the top, but the bottom where it connects at the top of the steering colomn - not a clue. Trying not to break it. :) I have added small felt pieces folded in half (has to be a little thick) at the top and left and right sides - just tuck it in of where the clear plastic meets the black plastic, and that has done the trick. Eventually I may ask the dealer how to get in there and see if a screw is loose.
