On my 2013 Honda CR-V AWD, I ended up replacing all four door locks as well as the hatch lock. My local Honda dealer replaced the driver side door lock at 116,000 miles. Over the next year, the remaining three failed and I replaced them myself. The hatch latch/lock was the last to fail which I also replaced myself. Seems to be a common problem with CR-Vs. The dealers never admit to that and the problems persist through many, many model years (as does the undersized battery problem) without being addressed by Honda Motors.
