This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Honda dealer.
The car got a pool of water in the spare tire compartment. At 1000 miles, the car should not be having problems like this. The dealer assured they fixed the problem, and they told me "Things happen" I was not happy with having to deal with this problem since the sales person stated "a Honda will not bring you problems for at least 3 years"

After another rainy day, the water came through and accumulated in the spare tire compartment. The dealer had fixed this problem before. Well, the car was in the dealer from 2/3/13 until 2/17/13. they claim they fixed the problem sealing the compartment.
I have a brand new Honda that has been in repair for the same issue two times

This is a pain in the ass. The first rain day of the year and the first time I left my car at open parking lot during rain. I thought I left open my window and water leak in, but I couldn't find any sign water from a window cracks. I try to find the source, but I couldn't. I was keeping eye on it and I left the car for second time at open parking lot during rain. I walk to the car to figure out it if it happened again, I found water flooding in the back side of my car. I really feel bad and I upset.
