Brought my car into my Honda Dealer for a faulty oil change (forgot to tighten the oil filter). When I got my car back I noticed the key going into the ignition seem to drag somewhat. Four days later I could not put the key in the ignition. My friend at a locksmith company told me someone has tried to remove the key with the car in gear. Needless to say the cost to repair is around $600.00.The keysmith says this is a common problem with scissor type ignitions.
