Purchased the vehicle brand new and it had multiple scratches all over it some were down to the metal and exposed little metal slivers here and there. The dealer said they would fix and take care of it, they tried but were not successful and will have us bring it in again and try again...
The paint is extremely thin and even small scratches cut right down to the metal leaving it exposed to weather and rusting. The dealership is now trying to sell me a paint protection package for $800
Why should I have to buy a paint package when the paint is defective and cheap on this vehicle!
I have another 15 year old Honda Vehicle and the paint is much better and thicker on then these new models.

I bought my car after much research. I paid cash for it. It is the top of the line. It drives well and has pick up that was surprising. But, after a short time, little dings and scratches appeared on the driver's side. I park it carefully, but I find it hard to believe that a paint job can be so poor. Now, it is August 2016. My husband went to compound the car to get some of the scratches, car rub marks off, and the paint started coming off. This car has been maintained, waxed and washed regularly.
My car has more scratches at 2 years than my Mustang had 14!!
