Since May 18, 2018 I noticed the vehicle does not start at first click. It start sometimes after second or third attempt.On June 14, 2018 the vehicle does not wanted to start at all for an hour. Next day, I called Honda Canada and they ask me to go to any Honda dealership to conduct a test. During the test, there is no failure. I went to work after the test. Vehicle does not wanted to start upon leaving from work. After few attempt, it's starts. The dealer report shows it could be a starter motor issue.

I sent the report to Honda Canada on June 15, 2018. I called multiple times to check the status of the case; till today, no one didn't review the report yet! Today is 8th day and still no one didn't assign to my case! I rent the vehicle at my own expense. Honda does not wanted to listen that. Every time I called the Honda Canada Customer Relations, they said that my file forwarded to Media relation and will get call back once the case is reviewed. I am a devoted Honda customer and suggested many of my family members and friends to Honda. I think this would be my last Honda vehicle!
