Dealer tried to make delivery of the vehicle to me with the drivers seat bolster deflated and misshapen. Went home with loaner while Germain Honda tried to figure it out. A day later they called and said they needed to order parts which could take a while so they gave me the car back. A week later the parts came in and they took it for 3 days. When I went to pick it up the beautiful light tan interior had black grease handprints all over it. They cleaned it up at my insistence.
