CR-V Touring 1.5L Turbo

  • CVT transmission
  • 249 miles

We bought the CR-V touring March 31, 2017. We didn't have the CR-V a week when we noticed a noise in the front passenger seat. If a person is in the seat, it will make a clicking noise when the Vehicle is taking a right or left turn. The seat is loose. We had the vehicle about a week and went back to the dealer to have accessories added. At this time we told them about the loose seat. They said nothing was wrong with it.

We took the vehicle back about a week ago (around first of July) because it was getting worse. Now they ordered a seat frame. And we have to have the leather seats and cushion taking apart to have the frame changed. We have an appointment later this week to have the work done. This is a inconvenience taking the car back which will take over half a day to fix. It is a brand new vehicle and we should have the seat replaced, not torn apart and fixed.
