The moon roof frame needs to be replaced. The moon roof was never used and there were no external damage to the roof due to any accident. Only noticed the problem when moon roof started leaking and could not be open or closed properly. Honda or dealer could not give an explanation how this happened. Car is out of warranty and Honda extended policy will not cover it.

I'll bet it is that the new CRVs are pretty much all made in America. Crappy union worker junk.
