The contact owns a 2017 Honda CR-V. the contact stated that with a low outside temperature the vehicle failed to reach operating temperature. The contact stated that the defroster failed to operate correctly as the windows and windshield experienced internal frost and freezing on the inside. (luther brookdale Honda 6800 brooklyn blvd, brooklyn center, mn 55429 (612) 424-7830) was contacted and notified of the issue. The contact stated that the thermostat was replaced however, the fix failed to remedy the vehicle. The manufacturer was also contacted and case number: [xxx] was opened.
