The car has automatically braked even if there is no traffic around me. Last week I was going 70 mph with no a car in the road in either direction near me and the ABS light flashed and my car lurched and brakes. The ABS is triggering min 2x a week at this point when it shouldn-??t and the dealership is telling me -??that-??s normal and I don-??t understand-??

The contact owns the 2018 Honda CR-V. The contact stated while driving 45 MPH, the brake warning light illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact stated that during the failure, the warning light would flash and the vehicle would inadvertently come to a stop before returning to normal operation. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 39,000. Vin is invalid. Although the dealer knew about the issue, dealer could do nothing about it. Vehicle was taken to another dealer, they wanted $130 for repairs, but consumer refused to pay stating it is there fault.
