The contact owns a 2018 Honda CR-V. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle started losing motive power. The contact pulled over to the side of the road, turned off the vehicle, waited half an hour, and restarted the vehicle; however, the failure persisted. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. The contact also stated that the instrumental panel had become inoperable. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer and was diagnosed with fuel injector #1 failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. However, no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 54,000.

The contact 2018 Honda CR-V. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 60 MPH, the vehicle inadvertently decelerated to 10 MPH and stalled. The vehicle had restarted, and the contact was able to continue driving. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact stated that the temperature gauge was lower than normal. After receiving an unstated repair, the vehicle was slightly delayed and lagging while attempting to accelerate. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the fuel injector had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle had been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 92,000.

The contact owns a 2018 Honda CR-V. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 40-50 MPH, the vehicle decelerated and stalled. The contact stated that she was able to restart the vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed and determined that the spark plugs, and other unknown parts needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The contact stated that while her son was driving at an undisclosed speed, several unknown warning lights illuminated, and the vehicle decelerated. The contact-??s son was able to veer to the side of the roadway and turned off the vehicle. The contact-??s son was able to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle remained at the dealer. The contact stated that several days later she was notified by the dealer that the fuel injectors had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not yet been repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that the VIN was not under recall. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.
