This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Honda dealer.
The CRV is an excellent vehicle with great features. However since the beginning I have experienced about every 4,000 miles a tire pressure warning light. I bought the best Michelin Tires I could buy thinking that would help the vehicle noise and tire pressure problem. I have had it at the dealers and Discount Tire at least 6 times on both sets of tires to see if I had a tire problem. The dealers just discount the problem and reset the tire pressure monitor. The dealers add nitrogen but that made no difference. Honda needs to address the issue before I ever buy another Honda.

First time I drove my CR-V in cold weather (-8 c), tire pressure monitoring was displaying low tire pressures (all 4). System was recalibrated at dealership under warranty.

I had to get a new tire because of a flat due to a nail. My TPMS Issue light has been on and is still on after I had my tires rotated and balanced. I was told that this is a problem due to the fact that the one tire is rotating at a slightly different speed since the tread is different, and there is no way to fix it. I was advised by my local Honda dealership that the best fix is to buy ANOTHER new tire to balance it out and that "it may or may not fix the issue". This is completely unacceptable to me, and I am not going to spend unnecessary money to fix a perfectly fine tire, but I am also not going to deal with this light coming on every time I get in my car. Certainly there is another fix for this. I have had my car for 7 months, and this is unacceptable to have an issue that cannot be resolved. I expect Honda to inform me of a fix for this issue, or make it right for me ASAP.
