We have been a family of 5 that are Honda people. My husband recently bought a 2019 CRV. At the first oil change, the tech indicated the tires were wearing uneven. He paid to have them balanced, rotated and aligned. It was the second oil change last week. The tech gave the same info as you will see in attachment. Husband refused to pay for another alignment as the tech indicated problem with bad tires wasn't Honda's issue, but Hankook's. That is ridiculous as Honda had to approve these tires to be put on their cars! I want the tires replaced with appropriate tires.
Tech admitted the tires on the car weren't fit for it and should have never been on that type of car. Come on Honda! Make it right!
