Attend Honda dealership with issue after first service. Car vibrating noticeably through steering wheel, doors, seats, floor and gear stick. Mechanic made notations on service record stating and he concurs with my observations. Driving car is making me and my wife nauseous to the extent we can’t drive it. Honda Customers relation informed us it was a characteristic of the vehicle and effectively stop contacted us. Honda say there is no fix nor is it a manufacturer defect. I was told if I wanted a second opinion on the vibration to pay for it myself as it wasn’t warranty item. I believe Honda don’t have the fix yet, or are not willing to accept they have a big issue.Am I missing something people!!! The service and overall experience has 100% taken me away from the brand. Honda should be ashamed, and the management need to be held responsible for their lack of accountability.

My new Honda CRV vibrates when idling and engine is below 1000 rpm (600-900 rpm). This happens when stopped on red light, stopped in traffic or when parked after a ride.
Very noticeable and annoying, you can feel vibrations on the driver seat, doors, arm rest. Distracts a lot as I constantly think about it.
Honda dealership refused to admit a problem and were of no help. They insisted such shaking is normal for Honda cars. However, I think 2020 cars should not do such things.
