My wife reported that as she was making a right turn, driving home in the rain, the radio screen slowly faded to black and then the dashboard went black as well. There was a loss of power but the car did not turn off. The vehicle is a hybrid and it appears that the car was running using the battery as after a short distance the radio screen and dashboard both came on. She does not know if the check engine came on. This is the first time this has happened. If it happens again then I will take the car to the dealership and have it checked out. I am reporting this as it seems that others have had similar issues but so far a common cause has not been found.

The above would not let me check ALL of the boxes. I-??m having continued problems with my 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid Touring, with every warning light on the car all of a sudden starts flashing and eventually the car looses complete power. This is the third time it has happened to me, and after taking it to two different Honda dealerships, no one can tell me what is going on, and then they send me back out on the road, only for it to happen again. Every warning light on the car lights up and every bell goes off. Yet, no one can tell me a thing! It-??s resulted in me being stranded and the car inoperable.

Two incidents where the Engine suddenly shut off. Incident 1 (August 4th): We had come to a complete stop at a traffic light. After a few seconds the engine shut off (we had Auto Start/Stop disabled), the dash and radio briefly stopped and then the dashboard's indicator lights lid up as they would before a car is started. We put the gear shift into Park and restarted the car. It started right away and we had no issues for 1 week. Incident 2 (August 11th): While pulling into our inclined driveway and almost stopped or just stopped, the Engine shut off again (this time Auto Start/Stop was active) and the car started to roll back. We applied the brakes, the car stopped. We put the gear shift into Park and restarted the car. The car restarted without problems. We are worried because this happened for a second time now and we are not sure if this sudden Engine shut off could occur while driving / driving at high speeds.

I change my oil about every 3,000 with FULL SYNTHETIC oil. I check the oil level to make sure it isn-??t low. I smell a very strong odor of gasoline on the dipstick. I-??ve heard Honda has been having a problem with oil dilution. My CRV is very hesitant at times and almost caused me to get into an accident on a few occasions. Something needs to be done about this and the Government needs Honda to issue a recall. Also they-??re having an electrical issue. The dash and screen flicker on and off. This is very frustrating especially at night.
