This clicking sound (which sounds like a chunk of plastic hitting another piece of plastic) started one day while driving and then I found I could reproduce it just by jiggling the steering wheel. Many others have said it was their clock spring / reel cable casing. I have an appointment next Tuesday at the dealer I bought the car from. You can hear at the 4 second mark in the video that sometimes it makes a 'rebounding' sound instead of just a single click sound, like whatever is making the noise can sometimes bounce a few times, making the noise with each bounce. I've had several new Honda's and never had this issue before.
