The contact owns a 2024 Honda CR-V. The contact stated while driving at approximately 60-?"65 MPH, the moon roof glass exploded without warning or impact. The contact pulled off the interstate, inspected the vehicle, and noticed an object emerging from the roof. The contact's wife detected an abnormal popping noise before the failure. There were no reported injuries. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact called the local glass center, but no assistance was provided. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and opened a case. The failure mileage was approximately 3,300.
