The contact owns a 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid. The contact stated while driving out of the driveway, the brakes became inoperable. The contact stated that several unknown warning lights were blinking on and off. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that there was a faulty electronic turbo brake control unit simulator. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 36,000. The VIN was not available.
