CR-V Hybrid EX 2.0L

  • 70,000 miles

CRV hybrid has gone into limp mode 3 x ..Twice at highway speeds very hazardous situation especially here in bad winter weather.....Dealer cannot duplicate issue yet ...Have had rental for 8 weeks hoping for a solution.......Filing complaint with NHTSA next......Hybrid still under warranty....Wife refuses to drive vehicle since we do a lot of highway driving....

CR-V Hybrid Touring Hybrid

  • CVT transmission
  • 90,000 miles

Sometimes linked to rapid acceleration, the CEL will flash and the vehicle will lose acceleration. I have pulled over, and shut the vehicle off. When restarted, the vehicle works like normal and the CEL is no longer on or flashing. I can continue to use the vehicle without issue until the issue pops up again unpredictable. Have taken to dealership, they are unable to diagnose because vehicle has been power cycled.
