Summary
Service Bulletin - While transitioning from Hybrid mode (engine on) to EV mode, the PGM-FI ECU adjusts the crank position for best location of engine start. A software programming error during this transition results in the PGM-FI ECU resetting and inappropriately erasing stored memory data in the PGM-FI ECU. In some cases, the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) may be set as a result.
