The car drives well in D but once I put it in reverse and fully turn the wheels while moving a loud clunk sound is heard. Couldn't identify if it's from the front end or back but yet trying to. I suspect it's from the differential or cv axles. If anyone is facing this issue please report

This issue happens once when I first move the car out of my garage and never happens after driving the car on the same day. Next day it happens again. If I park the car for couple hours and back up yes it happens again. But can't just reproduce the sound whenever I backup everytime.
