Civic DX 4 cyl

I've gotten a wheel alignment and I've had my axles checked, thinking that would help indicate where the problem lies, but no. It is still making this annoying noise. I only hear it when I'm accelerating to approx. 25mph. The rubbing noise disappears once I'm past 30mph.
