the car wont start once engine is up to running temp. this problem is annoying. have checked leads, also plugs, put new air filter in.

If you leave your car in the hot sun mainly during summer months, you may find it won't start for five or ten minutes. The most likely cause is the ignition relays solder joints swell just enough that they touch each other enough preventing the engine from starting until the interior cools down enough, usually five to ten minutes.
It's located just under the dash above the hood release lever. A bit tight to get in and remove but a simple task. It's gray about 2" square. That's it!
