I was getting ready to pull up into a parking space to back into my garage when the car accelerated to a high speed causing me to crash into a brick wall and a neighboring garage. My neck snapped forward after the airbags deployed, I am having back and neck pain after this injury. I am going to need medical assistance.

Honda Civic 1995 4 door. Involved in a passenger side impact estimated at 45mph by the police. This impact resulted in braking the frame, bending the roof double, and otherwise total destruction of the car. This crash killed my mother. I want to know if there is anyone out there that would know information about the safety of this vehicle. I would like to prove that an excessive speed was involved by the other party, and need any help anyone can give. Please if anyone knows anything that could help me, let me know. Thank you for any help you can give.
