We just bought this car.. my first car. We were dumb enough to not even check the windshield wipers. And when we got home, we discovered that they don't work. The motor makes noise when they are "turned on" but the wipers do not move or make an effort to move whatsoever. They didn't bother to tell us this. And we bought it "as is." Any idea what the problem could be/how much repair would cost? Wipers are kinda... a very big deal ;-)
